COVID-19 Response
Please note that the mask mandate is lifted for health care settings as of June 11/22. We encourage any of our patients who are more comfortable wearing a mask to continue doing so. Our practitioners and staff may not be masked all of the time but will have masks available so they will put one on if you simply ask.
Reopening during a pandemic means that we have adapted our protocols with public safety as our highest priority. These changed procedures will ensure that you, our staff and our practitioners are protected from risk associated with acquiring Covid-19. To that end, we would like to tell you more about our new safety and sanitary standards:
- We ask that you screen yourself for any COVID symptoms prior to coming to our centre.
- Hand sanitizer can be found in every room. Please help yourselves.
- A new Super HEPA filtration air purifier with UV germicidal lamp has been installed. This will help to clean and purify our indoor clinic air, keeping it as safe as possible for staff and patients. We also have mini hepa filtration air purifiers in the massage therapy and chiropractic treatment rooms.
- All clinic gowns/shorts/sheets will be laundered in hot water and kept in a hamper with a closed lid
- All staff are properly trained on the use of PPE and disinfection procedures
- We are trying to promote a cashless and contactless payment environment. Please use debit or credit card payment, and use the "tap" option as much as possible.
- We will be limiting the use of paper. We will email statements and appointment reminders from now on. Please update your email address with us.
